He holds a degree with honors in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Rome La Sapienza and has completed advanced studies at leading institutions, including the United Nations, ICE, LMU University of Munich, and the Polytechnic University of Milan. After 12 years of experience in small and medium-sized international professional firms such as CBA, he held the position of CFO at ISAF/ISFIN (Airliquide Group), dealing with various acquisitions, then he founds RIERA Wirtschaftsprüfer Rechtanwälte in 2003. In 2013, he expanded his expertise with the creation of the RIERA Corporate Finance Division, a team dedicated to M&A transactions.

Libero has played a pivotal role in numerous international acquisitions and has been a sought-after speaker at prominent forums such as the German Chamber of Commerce, Villa Vigoni, and the Italian Chamber of Deputies. He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from Sapienza University of Rome and began his career as a consultant before progressing into senior leadership roles, including CFO, CEO, and Managing Director in multi-entity and international environments.

He developed a significant part of his career at Elco Group, an industrial group active in electronics and renewable energy, where he played a key role in its transformation into an international organization. In this context, he was directly involved in defining and executing the Group’s growth strategy, leading numerous cross-border acquisitions and integration processes across Europe, as well as in markets such as the United States, China, and India.

Throughout his career, Lorenzo has built strong expertise in M&A transactions, group consolidation, and the structuring and management of complex multi-company organizations, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.

He holds a degree in Business Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, completed in cooperation with the Universiteit van Amsterdam, where he specialised in financial mathematics and advanced macroeconomics.

Paolo specialises in cross-border business transformation, complex M&A integrations, global finance operations, and value creation programmes across multiple corporate organisations, including public companies and equity-backed businesses.

He spent a significant portion of his career at HBX Group (formerly part of TUI Group), where he played a key role in the company’s evolution into a global travel tech leader. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives, including acquisitions, post-merger integrations (PMI), carve-outs, global target operating model design, Global Business Services (GBS) implementations, business process digitalisation, and enterprise system deployments. His ability to combine strategic vision with disciplined execution has enabled organisations to unlock operational efficiencies and maximise deal value.

Martin Grensing is a mathematician, entrepreneur and AI specialist with 20 years of international experience spanning academic research, software development and technology leadership.

He graduated from highschool in the United States and earned his doctorate in mathematics at Université Paris Diderot under the supervision of Georges Skandalis and Joachim Cuntz in the field of noncommutative geometry founded by fields-medalist Alain Connes, specializing on bivariant K-theory. His academic career led him through several leading European institutions: as a research fellow within the Sonderforschungsbereich Münster, as a researcher at Paris Diderot and at the Universities of Rome Tor Vergata and La Sapienza, and, since 2012, as Associate Professor at the Université d’Orléans. He has published in international journals in the fields of operator algebras, K-theory and noncommutative geometry.

He founded and led a company specialized in artificial intelligence, covering adaptation and deployment of artificial intelligence. In 2025 he stepped down as CEO, in order to concentrate entirely on the technical side of Artin, and now serves as CTO of the company. Before his academic career, he completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter, giving him a practical, hands-on understanding of how businesses operate on the ground.
